What is a Brake Flush?

Brake fluid flushes are highly recommended every 30k miles or 3 years, depending on your driving patterns. Flushing the brake fluid's main purpose it to help preserve brake efficiency by removing the oxygen which also contributes to rust in the system. It can improve the life and integrity of the brake components (pistons, cylinders, lines and seals).

It is important to use quality fluid and to bleed the system, which is often overlooked, because it rids the brake system of trapped air and some old fluid. Using a poor quality brake fluid can affect the seals, damage the system, and possibly cause brake failure.
