Are you wanting to bring your own parts?

Did you ever hear the saying, "buy cheap and you pay twice"? Or in Spanish, we say "Lo barato, sale caro". We don't mean any disrespect, but it's true. Trying to save money and going to an auto repair shop with your own parts is very risky. It can actually cost you more money in the long run. A few reasons why:

First, we cannot provide you a warranty for a part we did not purchase and provide - as well as the labor involved. We provide our customers with a 3 year, 36000 mile nationwide warranty on all parts and labor that is provided in house. Along with that, we also have a "peace of mind" warranty that is supplemental if you are out and about - it helps to reimburse some of those towing or hotel stays if needed (restrictions apply, but we have the info for you ready whenever you need it). If you purchase your own parts, that warranty is not applicable. We want to ensure you get full coverage over anything that we have completed for you in house.

Second, consider the accuracy of the parts you are buying. We possess a wide array of specialized diagnostic tools and the expertise to identify what is malfunctioning in your vehicle. We also recognize the importance of the quality of the parts that need replacing. There have been instances where customers have bought incorrect parts that do not fit their specific vehicle, aftermarket parts that do not fit properly, or damaged parts, with no guarantee that the part will function once installed. Additionally, customers sometimes perform their own diagnosis and make errors. They purchase a part believing it will solve the issue, then blame the auto repair shop when it doesn't. At that point, there is no warranty, and they end up paying for a diagnostic to resolve the problem—wasting their hard-earned money on a part that is either of poor quality or simply incorrect.

Third, there is a convenience that comes with the auto repair shop ordering the part. We as a facility do all the leg work - we pinpoint the issue, we call and order the part for you and deal with the shipping, receiving and installing the part. If the incorrect part is shipped, we catch it and rectify the issue never allowing you to stress and deal with the inconvenience.

Lastly, the value of our auto shop. We are highly trained and have over 17 years of hands on experience, as well as continued education. We can address your concerns and repair what is needed for your automobile needs. We are very well versed in foreign cars, european vehicles and domestic. Our technician is ASE certified and is consistently continuing education to better service you.

Whether you are purchasing spark plugs, needing a tune up, an oil change, needing a sensor replaced, please rely on the skilled auto mechanic to guide you. We do not want to waste your valuable time or hard earned money. We strive to ensure the correct part is installed per the diagnostic and stand behind our work. If you ever have any questions or hesitations, we will always be glad to discuss and go from there.
